1. Respect for the Property
Guests are kindly requested to treat the entire property with care and respect.
- Keep your accommodation and all common areas clean and tidy.
- Do not damage, move or remove property belonging to ÂRANYA CAMPING without permission.
- Furniture, decorations and equipment must remain in their designated areas unless authorised by staff.
- Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence may be charged to the guest.
- Any accidental damage must be reported to staff as soon as possible.
2. Tents & Camping Equipment
Tents may be equipped with mattresses, blankets, pillows and other camping equipment depending on the accommodation booked.
Guests must:
- Use all equipment with care.
- Keep mattresses, blankets, pillows and other equipment clean and in good condition.
- Not remove any camping equipment from the property.
- Not move tents or camping structures.
- Not use camping equipment for purposes other than those intended.
- Report any damage or missing equipment immediately to staff.
Lost or damaged equipment may be charged to the guest.
3. Tables, Chairs & Shared Facilities
Tables, chairs and other shared facilities are provided for the comfort of all guests.
- Use all furniture responsibly.
- Return movable furniture to its original location after use.
- Do not reserve common areas for unreasonable periods of time.
- Leave shared areas clean after use.
4. Toilets & Showers
Toilets and showers are shared facilities and must be respected by everyone.
- Leave toilets and showers clean after use.
- Dispose of waste in the appropriate bins.
- Never throw sanitary products, wipes, plastic or other unsuitable materials into toilets.
- Use water responsibly.
- Report any problem with the facilities to staff.
Please leave these facilities in the same clean and respectful condition in which you found them.
5. Respect for Nature
Nature is an essential part of the ÂRANYA CAMPING experience.
- Respect trees, plants, flowers and gardens.
- Do not pick flowers or damage plants, trees or vegetation.
- Do not litter anywhere on the property.
- Use designated rubbish bins.
- Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
- Do not pollute ponds, water areas or natural surroundings.
- Do not feed or disturb animals or wildlife without authorisation.
- Use water and electricity responsibly.
Please leave nature as you found it — or even better.
6. Quiet & Noise
ÂRANYA CAMPING is a peaceful environment. Guests must respect the tranquillity of the site and the rest of other guests.
- Shouting, screaming or yelling is not permitted.
- Loud conversations around tents or accommodation are not permitted.
- Loud music or speakers are not permitted.
- Music inside tents is permitted only through headphones or earphones.
- Behaviour that disturbs other guests is not permitted.
Noise must be kept to a minimum, particularly during the evening and night. Any additional quiet hours communicated by staff must be respected.
7. Yoga & Wellness Equipment
Yoga mats, blocks, straps, cushions, meditation equipment and other wellness materials provided by ÂRANYA CAMPING must be treated with care.
- Use the equipment only for its intended purpose.
- Keep equipment clean and dry.
- Return all equipment after use.
- Do not remove yoga or wellness equipment from the property.
- Report any damage or loss to staff.
Yoga and wellness areas must remain peaceful and respectful spaces.
8. Respect for Other Guests
Every guest has the right to enjoy a safe, peaceful and respectful environment.
- Harassment or intimidation is not permitted.
- Threatening or aggressive behaviour is not permitted.
- Fighting or violence is not permitted.
- Excessive noise is not permitted.
- Abusive or insulting behaviour towards guests or staff is not permitted.
- Deliberately disturbing other guests is not permitted.
- Discriminatory or disrespectful behaviour is not permitted.
All guests are expected to treat other guests and staff with courtesy and respect.
9. Respect for Animals
Animals live on and around the ÂRANYA CAMPING property. Guests must treat all animals with care and respect.
- Do not chase, frighten, hit or disturb animals.
- Do not feed animals without permission from staff.
- Do not enter animal areas unless authorised.
- Keep a safe distance from animals when requested by staff.
- Children must be supervised around animals.
Animals must never be treated as toys or entertainment.
10. Alcohol
ÂRANYA CAMPING is an alcohol-free property.
- Guests may not bring alcohol onto the property.
- Consumption of privately brought alcohol is prohibited.
- Alcohol is not sold or served anywhere at ÂRANYA CAMPING.
- Alcohol may not be consumed in tents, bungalows, common areas or anywhere else on the property.
11. Smoking
Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area.
- Smoking is prohibited inside tents or bungalows.
- Smoking is prohibited in yoga and wellness areas, the restaurant, toilets, showers and other designated non-smoking areas.
- Cigarette butts must be disposed of safely in designated containers.
12. Drugs & Prohibited Substances
The possession, use, distribution or sale of illegal drugs or prohibited substances of any kind is strictly forbidden anywhere on the ÂRANYA CAMPING property.
Immediate expulsion without prior notice and without refund, subject to applicable law.
ÂRANYA CAMPING reserves the right to contact the appropriate authorities where required by law.
13. Fire & Safety
For everyone's safety:
- Fires are permitted only in designated areas and with staff authorisation.
- Do not make fires near tents, trees or vegetation.
- Do not use candles, incense, cooking equipment or other sources of flame inside tents unless specifically authorised.
- Do not tamper with electrical installations or safety equipment.
- Keep emergency access paths clear.
- Report any dangerous situation to staff immediately.
14. Children & Supervision
Children must remain under the supervision of their parent or responsible adult at all times.
- Particular care is required around water areas and ponds, animals, fires, camping equipment and uneven or natural areas.
Parents or responsible adults remain responsible for the supervision and safety of children in their care.
15. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. Valuables should not be left unattended in tents, common areas or other shared spaces.
ÂRANYA CAMPING cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings except where otherwise required by applicable law.
16. Wellness Services
Wellness services offered by ÂRANYA CAMPING, including yoga sessions, meditation, sound baths, Access Bars and other wellness activities, must be paid in advance.
- Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of booking, wellness services are non-refundable once booked and paid.
- Cancellation or rescheduling is subject to the conditions communicated at the time of booking.
- Late arrival does not automatically extend the duration of the booked session.
17. Reservations & Cancellations
Accommodation reservations made through online booking platforms or other reservation channels are subject to the cancellation and refund conditions applicable to the specific booking.
Where a booking is made through a third-party platform, the cancellation and refund policy displayed and accepted by the guest at the time of booking shall apply.
Unless the applicable booking conditions provide otherwise, accommodation bookings are non-refundable.
Guests are responsible for checking the applicable conditions before completing their booking.
18. Check-in & Check-out
Guests must respect the check-in and check-out times stated on their booking confirmation or communicated by ÂRANYA CAMPING.
Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Before departure, guests must return all keys, equipment and other property belonging to ÂRANYA CAMPING.
19. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal activities of any kind.
- Possession, use, distribution or sale of illegal drugs or prohibited substances.
- Fighting or violent behaviour.
- Theft or unauthorised removal of property.
- Deliberate damage to property.
- Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour.
- Bringing alcohol onto the property.
- Smoking outside designated areas.
- Any activity that creates a serious danger or significant disturbance to guests, staff, animals, property or the environment.
20. Violation of the House Rules
ÂRANYA CAMPING reserves the right to take appropriate action when a guest violates these House Rules.
- Depending on the seriousness of the violation, action may include a verbal warning, a request to stop the behaviour, charges for damaged or missing property, removal from a specific area or termination of the stay.
For serious violations, including violence, threats, illegal drugs, theft, deliberate property damage or behaviour creating a serious safety risk:
The guest may be immediately expelled without prior notice and without refund, subject to applicable law.
Unused accommodation or services will not be compensated except where required by applicable law.
21. Staff Instructions
Guests must follow reasonable instructions given by ÂRANYA CAMPING staff concerning safety, security, hygiene, environmental protection and the peaceful operation of the property.
Staff may intervene whenever necessary to protect guests, employees, animals, property or the environment.
22. Acknowledgement
By checking in and staying at ÂRANYA CAMPING, the guest confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to comply with these House Rules.
